As an Endorsed Midwife, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and a Tongue Tie release Assistant, Jen is dedicated to guiding families through their breast and bottle-feeding journeys with evidence-based, compassionate care.
With over 12yrs experience in healthcare industry, Jen specialises in lactation support, oral function assessments, and post-frenotomy care.
As a mother herself, Jen understands the challenges and complexities of feeding firsthand. She blends professional expertise, personal insight and empathy to provide tailored support for families.
Her dedication to women and babies in the ACT/NSW district was recognised with a nomination for the Consumer Recognition Award at the 2024 ACT Health Nurses and Midwives Excellence Awards—an honor she truly deserves and deeply values.
Beyond clinical practice, Jen is passionate about education. She shares her expertise as an academic teacher at the University of Wollongong and a trainer at Macarthur Community College, helping to build and shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.
With a holistic and supportive approach, Jen empowers parents and enhances feeding outcomes for babies and their families.
